Tour operator partner

You are a tour operator, travel agency, DMC or travel brand building Morocco itineraries. You need a reliable ground transport partner you can include in your packages. We provide the service. You keep the client relationship.

Transport partner — what we expect and what you get

What we look for in a transport partner

We work with a select network of drivers and transport companies across Morocco. Quality is not negotiable — our reviews depend on every driver we contract. This is what we look for before signing a contract.

  • Vehicle standards

    Clean, well-maintained sedan or van. Air-conditioned, no visible damage, mechanically sound. We inspect before onboarding, and vehicles must meet Moroccan transport regulations.

  • Language

    Functional English or French is required, in addition to Arabic. Our clients are international travellers.

  • Punctuality — non-negotiable

    The driver is at the pickup point before the passenger arrives. Lateness without notice is grounds for contract review. We track punctuality on every trip.

  • WhatsApp responsiveness

    All coordination is via WhatsApp. Drivers confirm bookings promptly and stay reachable on the day of the transfer.

  • Reviewed after every trip

    Every passenger rates their driver after each transfer. Partners with consistently poor ratings are removed; high performers receive more bookings.

  • Written contract

    Clear rates, routes, responsibilities and payment terms. Everything in writing before the first trip.

  • Bookings via WhatsApp

    Full details in advance — passenger name, pickup address, destination, time and flight number for airport pickups.

  • Paid within 24 hours of invoice

    At the end of each month you invoice the transfers you completed; we process payment within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Growing volume

    As Transfers.ma grows, our partners grow with us. High-rated drivers get priority on new bookings.

How payment works

  1. You complete the transfers during the month

    Every trip you run for Transfers.ma is logged — date, route, vehicle and the amount agreed in your contract.

  2. At the end of the month, you send your invoice

    One invoice for all services of the month, at your contract rates — by email or WhatsApp.

  3. Payment within 24 hours of receipt

    Bank transfer to your account within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

Ground transport is one of the most visible parts of any itinerary — it is where things go wrong in front of the client, on day one. We make that part invisible, in the best possible way.

  • Net rates — you set your margin

    A net rate per route and vehicle type. You resell at the price that fits your package, and we never communicate our prices to your clients.

  • Volume pricing

    Volume tiers agreed at the start and reviewed annually. Seasonal programmes and high-frequency contracts get the best terms.

  • Full circuit capability

    Airport transfers, city-to-city, multi-stop days, Imperial Circuit, Sahara and Atlantic coast itineraries — one partner, one contract.

  • Monthly invoicing

    One detailed, itemised invoice per month for all completed transfers. No per-trip paperwork on your side.
