Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all transfer bookings made via Transfers.ma. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A binding contract forms when you complete a booking and receive our confirmation email. All offers are subject to availability. Requests for changes or special requirements should be submitted promptly; we will confirm changes in writing.

Prices shown include all taxes and fees. Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

We accept credit and debit cards (MAD, EUR, USD) and reserve the right to adjust cash payments according to current MAD exchange rates.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund.
• 50% refund if cancelled 12–24 hours before pickup.
• No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup, or for no-shows.

• Airport pickups: 30 minutes of free waiting after your flight arrives.
• Other pickup locations: 10 minutes of courtesy waiting.

Additional waiting time may be charged. If we cannot reach you within these windows, the driver may leave and the full fare applies.

No-shows are non-refundable. Unannounced extra passengers or luggage may be refused or incur a surcharge; in that case the driver may cancel the service without refund.

We strive for on-time, safe service; however, delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure are outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the trip. You are responsible for securing your luggage and belongings.

We may make minor changes (for example the vehicle type) and will notify you in advance. For major changes (time or route), you can accept the alternative or cancel with a full refund.

We collect and use data solely to process your booking, communicate with you and comply with legal obligations, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be addressed through the Moroccan courts or agreed mediation or arbitration.
