Refund & Cancellation Policy

When and how you can cancel or change a Transfers.ma transfer, and what is refunded.

1. Free cancellation

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Simply contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a refund.

2. Partial refunds

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, 50% of the total amount is refunded to cover preparation and logistics costs.

3. Non-refundable cases

No refund is issued in the following cases:

  • No-show at the pickup location.
  • Wrong date or time provided during booking.
  • Cancellation less than 3 hours before pickup.
  • Refusal of the ride without a valid reason.

4. Changes instead of cancellation

If you just want to reschedule your ride or change the destination, we will do our best to accommodate you at no extra cost, depending on availability. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
