What is Transfers.ma?
Transfers.ma is a private car transfer company in Morocco. We provide airport pickups, city-to-city transfers, hourly drivers and day trips, with licensed local English-speaking drivers and air-conditioned vehicles. The price is fixed and confirmed before you book.
How does the airport pickup work?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and the Transfers.ma logo. He helps with your luggage and drives you straight to your hotel or riad, door to door.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. Every airport transfer includes free real-time flight tracking via FlightRadar24, so your driver follows your actual landing time rather than the schedule. If your flight is late, he adjusts automatically — no call needed.
How much does a private transfer cost?
The price depends on your route and the vehicle you choose. It is fixed and confirmed before you book — no meter and no haggling at the airport. Enter your trip in the booking form or message us on WhatsApp to get your exact price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup for a full refund. Changing the date, the time, the vehicle type or your stops is free. Just send us a WhatsApp message — refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Which vehicle will I get?
We match the vehicle to your group: a Comfort Sedan for 1–3 passengers, a Comfort Van for 4–6, and minibuses for up to 12 or up to 17 passengers. Every vehicle is air-conditioned and driven by a licensed local driver.
Can I bring surfboards or large luggage?
Yes. The Comfort Van has a full-length boot for surfboards, kiteboards and strollers, and our 14–17-seat minibus has roof and rear board storage. Tell us what you are bringing when you book so we assign the right vehicle.
How do I book and pay?
