1. General Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all transfer bookings made via Transfers.ma. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms (similarly structured at Moroccan Trans Services)

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A binding contract forms when you complete a booking and receive our confirmation email.

  • All offers are subject to availability.

  • Requests for changes or special requirements should be submitted promptly; we’ll confirm changes in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown include all taxes and fees.

  • Payment in full is required at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Optional: 20–30% deposit online, balance payable to the driver in cash/MAD/local currency

  • We accept credit/debit card (MAD, EUR, USD), and retain right to adjust cash payments according to current MAD rates

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup—full refund.

  • 50% refund if canceled 12–24 hours prior.

  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows.

  • We follow standard fee scales like other services in Morocco and Europe .

5. Waiting Time

  • For airport pickups: 30 minutes free waiting after flight arrival.

  • For other locations: 10 minutes courtesy waiting.

  • Additional waiting charged at [e.g., MAD X per minute]. If no contact within these windows, driver may leave and full fare applies

6. No-Show & Extra Passengers

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized extra passengers or luggage may be refused or incur surcharges; driver may cancel service without refund

7. Liability & Safety

  • We strive for on-time, safe service; however delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure are not our fault.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the trip.

  • You are responsible for securing your luggage and belongings.

8. Changes by Transfers.ma

  • We may perform minor changes (e.g., vehicle type) and will notify you in advance.

  • For major changes (time, route), you can accept alternatives or cancel with a full refund

9. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect and use data solely to process your booking, communicate, and comply with legal obligations, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.

  • Any disputes will be addressed through Moroccan courts or agreed mediation/arbitration.
