What exactly is a
private transfer?
A private transfer is a vehicle reserved exclusively for your group. Your driver. Your schedule. Your door. Not a grand taxi waiting to fill with strangers. Not a CTM bus dropping you at a station three kilometres from your riad.
With Transfers.ma, you go directly from A to B — picked up at the address you give us, dropped at the address you need. The price is fixed before departure. There is no meter, no negotiation and no unpleasant surprise when you arrive.
That is the entire premise. Simple, reliable, private. You will find the same standard on every route we operate — from a 15-minute Agadir airport run to a three-hour cross-country transfer to Marrakech.
Don't take our word for it. Read what travellers say independently — on platforms we do not control.
Every review on both platforms is from a real passenger. We never incentivise reviews and cannot edit them. The number you see today will grow — the standard won't change.
One service. Every journey.
Whether you are carrying a surfboard, a pushchair, a camera or just a carry-on — Transfers.ma adapts to you. Here is how.
Families
Travelling with children is one of the hardest logistics puzzles in Morocco. Grand taxis carry six passengers in a car built for four, and bus stations are nowhere near your riad. Our Agadir airport transfers and city routes include free baby seats and booster seats — just tell us your children's ages when you book. The van handles pushchairs, car seats, beach bags and the usual mountain of family luggage without complaint.
Surfers & Kite Travellers
Morocco's Anchor Point near Taghazout is one of the best right-handers in the world. Getting there from the airport with a quiver and a kite bag shouldn't be a logistical ordeal. We've driven more boards through Agadir AGA to the surf coast than we can count. Longboards, shortboards, kiteboards, foil kits — all loaded safely, no extra charge, no raised eyebrows.
Couples & Romantic Trips
The Agadir to Essaouira coastal drive is one of Morocco's most beautiful roads — argan forests, Atlantic cliffs, fishing villages. It deserves to be enjoyed, not endured in a shared taxi. An economy sedan for two means a quiet, private journey at exactly the pace you want. Ask your driver to pause at the Tafedna headland. He knows where to go.
Solo Travellers
Arriving alone at an unfamiliar airport and being immediately surrounded by unofficial taxi drivers is not the start to a trip anyone plans for. When you book a Marrakech airport transfer or an Agadir pickup with us, your driver is in arrivals before your bags. Name sign, professional manner, immediate departure. The price is already agreed. You walk out and go.
Travelling with Pets
Public transport in Morocco does not accommodate pets, and shared taxis will turn you away at the door. If you are travelling with a dog or cat, mention it when you book. We will confirm the most suitable vehicle, brief the driver, and make sure your companion travels as comfortably as you do.
Groups & Corporate
Surf camp groups arriving on the same flight. Corporate teams transferring between Marrakech and Agadir. Conference delegates needing coordinated pickups. We handle multi-vehicle logistics across Morocco at fixed rates per vehicle — no per-head pricing, no last-minute surprises. Hotels and tour operators can also enquire about a partnership arrangement.
We track your flight.
You just land.
Every airport transfer we operate comes with free real-time flight tracking via FlightRadar24. Your driver does not leave for the airport based on the scheduled arrival time — he leaves based on where your aircraft actually is.
If your flight from London is delayed by 45 minutes, he knows that before you do. He adjusts his departure, arrives at Agadir Al Massira Airport or Marrakech Menara Airport at exactly the right moment, and is standing in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign.
No calls. No updates. No stress. You clear customs, collect your bags and walk out. He's there.
Share your flight number at booking. We handle the rest.
What happens when you land at Agadir AGA or Marrakech RAK
Your flight lands
Your driver has been monitoring your flight. If delayed, he already adjusted — no call required from you.
Name sign at arrivals
Your driver stands clearly visible at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name and the Transfers.ma logo. You can't miss it — and you don't need to search.
Luggage and boards loaded
Your driver handles all luggage, boards and equipment. Everything is secured in the boot or van — carefully, not thrown in. You're moving within minutes of landing.
Direct to your door
No stops, no detours. Your driver knows the entrance to every riad in the Essaouira medina, every surf camp lane in Taghazout, and the fastest way through Marrakech traffic to Guéliz or the Palmeraie.
The transfer you don't book
is the one that costs you most.
Morocco's airports are manageable. But if you arrive without a confirmed transfer, you will walk into a scene that is specifically designed to be disorienting — informal drivers, competing offers, no visible prices, and the pressure of a long day's travel behind you.
Booking a private transfer in advance costs nothing extra compared to negotiating at the airport. It simply removes the uncertainty. The price is agreed. The driver is waiting. You walk past the touts and get in the car.
No meter, no contract, no accountability. The "price" they quote is whatever they think you'll pay after a long flight. Standard rate for travellers without a booking: significantly above market.
Shared taxis wait until they have a full load. That could mean 10 minutes or 90 — in summer heat, with all your luggage, no guarantee of departure time and no idea who else is getting in.
Most shared transport at Moroccan airports will not take surfboards, kite bags or oversized luggage. A pre-booked van is the only reliable solution if you are travelling with gear.
Book now.
Change your mind later.
Plans change. Flights move. A surf session runs three hours longer than expected. We built our cancellation policy around that reality.
No forms to fill, no phone queue to wait in. Send a WhatsApp message with your booking reference and we handle it immediately. Deposit refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
What time should I leave?
A question we are asked every day. Here is the honest answer — from drivers who run these routes morning and evening.
Flying from
Marrakech RAK
Marrakech Menara is small and can be slow during July–August and Ramadan. Security queues are unpredictable. Always leave meaningful buffer time when coming from Agadir or Taghazout.
Flying from
Agadir AGA
Agadir Al Massira is well-organised. Check-in and security typically takes 45–60 minutes. Traffic on the N10 from Marrakech can vary, particularly in summer and around Eid. We plan for it.
City to City
Transfers
For routes like Agadir to Marrakech or Agadir to Essaouira, you depart whenever suits you. There is no fixed schedule — your driver is there when you are ready.
Traffic &
Road Conditions
The N10 through the Argana Valley can slow in peak summer and during Ramadan. Your driver knows the alternative routes and will update you proactively via WhatsApp if anything changes.
Not just A to B.
A private transfer can be as simple as a 15-minute airport run or as ambitious as a 10-day Morocco road trip. The vehicle, the price and the driver are the same. Only the itinerary changes.
Multi-Stop Transfers
A transfer does not need to be a straight line. If you want to stop at an argan oil cooperative on the Agadir to Essaouira road, pick up a friend in Taghazout on the way to Marrakech, or drop luggage at two different hotels in the same city — tell us when you book. We include any planned stops in your fixed price. No meter, no per-kilometre adjustments.
This works particularly well for travellers who want to see the Atlantic coast properly rather than rushing through it. Ask your driver to stop at Cap Sim or the Tafedna headland. He will know exactly where to go.
Morocco Imperial Circuit
Morocco's imperial cities — Marrakech, Fes, Meknès, Rabat — plus the UNESCO-listed medina of Essaouira, the Draa Valley and the Sahara at Merzouga — form one of the world's great road trip routes. Organising the transfers between each stage is where most independent travellers lose time and money.
We handle the logistics. Each leg is priced as a fixed transfer — agreed before you travel, paid as you go. No middle layer, no agency markup.
Scenic Pauses
Argana viewpoints, argan cooperatives, wild Atlantic beaches — your driver knows them all. Just ask.
Hotels & Riads
We partner with properties across Morocco as their recommended transfer service. Ask us about a partnership.
Surf Camps
Preferred transfer partner for several Taghazout surf camps. Weekly guest packages available.
Corporate Travel
Team retreats, conference transport, multi-vehicle group logistics. See partnership options.

Every vehicle is inspected. Every driver is reviewed by passengers after every transfer. No compromise on either standard.

Our Drivers
A vehicle is only as good as the person behind the wheel. Our drivers are local professionals — selected carefully, briefed on every booking, and rated by passengers after every transfer. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Every driver speaks all three fluently. Ask for a recommendation, a local shortcut, or simply travel in comfortable silence. Your choice.
Every medina alley, every surf camp access road, every riad entrance that a GPS won't find. If a street is blocked, he knows the way round before the map app does.
You receive your driver's personal number the evening before your transfer. One contact, direct communication, no intermediary.
We ask every passenger for feedback. The scores are tracked, compared and acted on. You can read the results on our Trustpilot page — every review is independent.

We designed our payment structure to be as friction-free as possible — a small deposit to confirm your booking, the rest in cash when you travel.

Everything you need
before you book
Genuine answers. No filler. If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp.
All our prices are per vehicle, not per person. A group of three travelling from Agadir to Marrakech at 120€ pays 40€ each — often cheaper, and considerably more comfortable, than buying three bus tickets. The price is agreed before booking and does not change.
Use the booking form at the top of this page — select your route and vehicle, and your fixed price appears immediately. Tap "Book via WhatsApp" — your route details are pre-filled. Confirm your date, time and pickup address in the chat. You'll receive written confirmation within minutes. A 30% deposit is required to hold the vehicle. The balance is paid in cash to your driver on the day.
Nothing changes from your side. Every airport pickup includes free real-time flight monitoring via FlightRadar24. Your driver tracks your actual flight and adjusts his departure time automatically. He will be at arrivals when you land — whether that is on time or two hours late.
Yes, and without extra charge. Surfboards, kiteboards, foil kits, wetsuits and large bags are always welcome. Just mention what you have at booking so we can assign the right vehicle. The van comfortably handles a full quiver for the Agadir to Taghazout surf transfer or any longer route.
Yes. Tell us your stops when booking and we include them in your fixed price — no per-kilometre adjustments, no meter. This works for practical stops (picking someone up in Taghazout) or scenic ones (pausing at a viewpoint on the Agadir to Essaouira coastal road). For full multi-day Morocco circuits, message us for a custom itinerary quote.
Yes. We act as the preferred transfer provider for a number of properties and surf camps across Morocco. If you manage a hotel, riad, camp or tour operation and want a reliable, professional transfer service to offer your guests, see our partnership programme.
Yes, and at no extra charge. Baby seats and booster seats are provided on every transfer where children are travelling. Mention your children's ages when booking and the right seat will be fitted and ready in the vehicle.
Yes. Mention your pet when booking — breed and size is helpful — and we will confirm the appropriate vehicle and brief the driver. We handle dogs and cats regularly, particularly on airport runs for travellers relocating to or from Morocco.
Send us a WhatsApp message with your booking reference. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full deposit refund. Changes to date, time, vehicle or stops are free at any point. Deposit refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
All our reviews are published on independent platforms we do not control — Trustpilot and Google Business. We cannot edit, delete or respond privately to reviews on either platform. Every review you read was written by a real passenger without any incentive from us.
