What we look for in a transport partner
We work with a select network of drivers and transport companies across Morocco. Quality is not negotiable — our Trustpilot rating depends on every driver we contract. Here is what we look for before signing a contract.
Clean, well-maintained vehicle — sedan or van. Air-conditioned. No visible damage. Mechanically sound. We inspect before onboarding. Vehicles must meet Moroccan transport regulations.
Functional English or French is required — in addition to Arabic. Our clients are international travellers. A driver who cannot communicate is a driver we cannot use.
Our standard: the driver is at the pickup point before the passenger arrives. Lateness without notice is grounds for contract review. We track punctuality on every trip.
All coordination is via WhatsApp. Drivers must confirm bookings promptly and be reachable on the day of the transfer. Radio silence is not acceptable.
Every passenger rates their driver after each transfer. Scores are tracked. Partners with consistently poor ratings are removed. High performers receive more bookings.

Every trip you run for Transfers.ma is logged — date, route, vehicle, amount agreed in your contract.
You issue an invoice covering all services rendered during that month — routes, dates, amounts per your contract rates. Send it by email or WhatsApp.
As soon as we receive your invoice, payment is processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer to your account. No delays, no chasing, no excuses.

We agree a net rate per route per vehicle type. You resell at whatever price fits your package. Your margin is entirely yours. We never communicate our prices to your clients directly.
The more you book, the better your rate. Volume tiers are agreed at the start of the relationship and reviewed annually. Seasonal programmes and high-frequency contracts get the best terms.
