1. Free Cancellation
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Simply contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a refund.
2. Partial Refunds
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to cover preparation and logistics costs.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued in the following cases:

No-show at pickup location.

Wrong date/time provided during booking.

Last-minute cancellation less than 3 hours before pickup.

If the client refuses the ride without valid reason.
4. Modifications Instead of Cancellation
If you just want to reschedule your ride or change the destination, we’ll do our best to accommodate you at no extra cost, depending on availability. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
