Honest verdict: the L19 bus is a good service — 30 MAD from the airport to Place de Foucauld by Jemaa el Fna, every 20–30 minutes until about 11 p.m. If you are alone, arriving in daylight, with a backpack and the riad’s directions saved offline, take it. Two people with luggage, a night flight, or a first visit to the medina: a private Riad Elisa transfer for 16€ is cheaper per head than two bus tickets plus a wrong turn.
Why the bus is not a real alternative to a Riad Elisa transfer at night
Guests often ask whether the bus can replace a Riad Elisa transfer after dark. The last L19 leaves the airport around 11 p.m.; after that it is the taxi rank or a booked car. When to book, and what changes by season
